Working on this cardigan I was inspired by folk-fashioned Bavarian-style jackets.
Two Twisted Candle cables decorate the fronts and Cord cables are flowing from there and meet up on the back mirroring each other.
The cardigan is worked seamlessly from the top down in one piece to the underarm, where the body and sleeves are then worked separately.
A few rows of garter stitch define the edge of the body, sleeves and neckline, and form the button and buttonhole bands. The buttonbands are worked together with the rest of the knitting.
