Product Details
Entrelac is a wondrous technique. It cannot easily be machine produced and it is beautiful to watch a slowly variegated yarn transform as the entrelac fabric grows. Christine ventures past the typical rectangular Entrelac shape to achieve a light shawlette that could be worn year-round.
This shawl has a one thick and one pointed end. It is worked from the point up and its length can be adjusted based on the amount of yarn used. 100g/420m is recommended depending on the desired size. Guage is not necessary :)
This pattern is written with specific written instructions for each triangle or square needed to construct the scarf. You will also get two charts explaining the order and pattern of squares that make up the finished scarf. I call it knit by numbers! Detailed photos and blocking examples are also included.
