Traditional palette: For knitters who desire the traditional red and white shade palette to match the Nordic style and design, you would use Scarlet (140) and Snow (124). For the striped stocking, you will need 1 ball of Scarlet, and 2 of Snow. For the cabled stocking, you will need 3 balls of Scarlet; for the Fair Isle nordic star stocking, you will need 2 balls of Scarlet and 1 ball of Snow.
