Product Details

The concrete wrap is so soft and lightweight and you can wear it as a summer stole or a winter shawl. You'll have lots of fun putting your colour combination together.

Start knitting in the center of the back, then you work each wing of the shawl on the bias until you work the corners to a point. So there is no long cast on or bind off.

The finished measurements are approximate and depend on your gauge and blocking. I've worked the sample in a loose gauge to ensure a lightweight, drapey result.

YARN:  The sample is knit in Brooklyn Tweed, Vale (100% wool), 411m (450yds)/50g

Approximate yarn requirements for suggested yarns: Number of skeins: 3 x 1 Skein of each colour of 400 - 430m per 50g Or m/yds: 1240/1350 (total) of a similar yarn.

Notes
I prefer to use circular needles, but you can use straight needles as well. Choose needle size to get gauge. If in doubt choose the looser gauge.
