Product Details
The Cosmos blanket, like its namesake, is beautiful in its simplicity. An excellent project for those who have mastered the basics of crochet and are looking for a stunning next project to develop their skills even further. The eight petalled flower motif with its central disc is inspired by the cosmos bipinnatus, a member of the sunflower family, that grace the gardens throughout summer and well into autumn. The blanket is made up of 72 squares, eight squares by nine, with a simple double crochet border. It measures approximately 112cm x 126cm after blocking; making it the perfect size to throw over your lap as the sun starts to set.
As the blanket is made up of squares it can easily be made larger or smaller to suit your needs.
