This pattern is versatile and can be made with different yarn weights. If you're using a yarn with a different weight, choose knitting needles that are 0.5mm to 1.5mm larger than the recommended size for the yarn. This will totally depend on the yarn used and your knitting tension. To achieve a light and ‘drapey’ scarf, it's recommended to knit a test swatch to ensure the correct needle size. Keep in mind that the final dimensions may vary.
You can adjust the width of the scarf by adding or removing stitches in multiples of 8, as indicated in the pattern.
