Crystal lattice

This pattern is a fun little bookmark, and would be an excellent way for someone who has tried double-knitting and wants to get their toes wet with double-knitted lace. It is also a good way to use up some of those inevitable leftovers of yarn from other projects. This pattern will work particularly well with one of your scraps in a solid color, and the other in a brightly variegated yarn. I must admit that this particular pattern came about by me sort of noodling around with the yarn. But however it came about, the end result is both attractive and elegant – and very holey!
