Embrace a little sailor chic in this sparkly cotton jumper, perfect for summer days!
This is a simple and quick pattern; the only stitches used are knit and purl, and this design is suitable for a beginner.
This sweater is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up. Full instructions are given in the pattern and there are charts to help with the stripes on the yoke.
There is a little bit of waist shaping that can be omitted if preferred.
The vertical stripes are worked using the intarsia technique.
The design uses any aran weight yarn.
Sizes 80 (90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140) cm/31½ (35½, 39½, 43, 47, 51, 55) in.
Yarn 660(660, 770, 770, 880, 990, 1210) meters MC, 110 meters CC (all sizes).
