A part of the Dash It All! series, the Dash Away mittens are worked in a heavy worsted weight yarn to keep your hands warm all winter.
The mittens are worked from the cuff-up, and are designed with the thumb gore entirely on the palm-side of each mitt rather than on the side. This prevents the mittens from rotating towards the palms, and keeps the decreases at the top symmetrical with the hand. Dashes of the diagonal scallop stitch pattern give these basic mittens visual interest that is both fun and easy to knit.
