I’d ordered a ten ball pack of Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino in ecru plus two contrast colours for a baby blanket. . Unlike the other online yarn retailers I use, who package carefully, the balls were all loose and unwrapped, stuffed directly in the plastic mailing bag. The ecru was split between two dye lots with a visible colour difference! There were also visible untidy knots in the yarn.
