This is a knitting pattern for an adult sized hat. The pattern is worked in the round on a circular needle, changing to double pointed needles for the decreases. The colorwork includes only two colors, and works up quickly since the pattern uses worsted weight yarn. The finished product is meant to fit the head exactly with a small amount of slouch at the top, and it will look great with or without the optional pompom.
Gauge: 16 sts and 22 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
