Egg-cellent apron. Egg gathering. Crochet apron. Chicken egg pockets. Easter pattern

Crochet egg apron for a child or adult. An egg-cellent egg collecting apron. I have created these aprons for an Easter egg hunt. But, they also can have a farm-life use with the chicken egg gathering. In this case, do not add any decorative stitches, except the rabbit and make as many egg pockets as you can fit on the apron comfortably!

Materials:

- Stylecraft Special DK (295m/322 yards per 100g), various colours (for egg pockets);

- Hayfield Bonus DK (280m/306 yards per 100g) in green, violet, cream, grey;

- Yarnart Lily (225m per 50g) in black;

- Angora Ram (500m per 100g) in cream;

- Hook size: 1.5mm, 3.00mm and 3.5mm;

- Black safety eyes, 6mm in diameter;

- Satin ribbon in purple or blue (7mm wide);

- Polystyrene filling;
