Pattern available in both English and Dutch
Elmer is a colourful elephant made of hexagons and other polygons.
The pattern includes photo’s and written instructions on how to make the motifs and how to join them to make the elephant.
Meterage & sizes: The size of your elephant depends on the yarn you use. The individual hexagons and other shapes require only a small amount of yarn, making this an ideal project for leftover bits of yarn.
As a guide: My Elmer is made using 35 grams (140 m) of sport weight yarn. He is 9.5 cm high, 15 cm long, and 8 cm wide. Elmer also has a friend named Tiny Phant. She is made of 37 grams (105 m) of lace weight cotton yarn and she is 7.5 cm high, 12 cm long and 6.5 cm wide.
