Gauge: 24 sts per 4"/10cm, although gauge is NOT super important. Needles: US 4 (3.5 mm) circular needle (24” or longer). Yarn: about 350 yards of a light-fingering or fingering-weight yarn. Samples shown in Malabrigo Sock in Rayon Vert (purple/green), and in Hazel Knits Artisan Sock in Lipstick 1984 (pink). Notions: stitch markers, darning needle. Skill level: Advanced beginner. Finished measurements: Malabrigo Sock version (vigorously wet-blocked with blocking wires): 60” wide, 16” deep at center. Hazel Knits version (lightly wet-blocked): 50” wide, 14” deep at center.
