Sometimes I like to eat dessert first. That's why this lovely, feminine cardi begins with the bottom lace edging instead of finishing with it. The botanical print of the lace panels create curves in a most flattering way; while the ¾ sleeves and superwash worsted yarn combine beauty with comfort. Following the Kirigami-style of knitting, this cardigan is still essentially a knitted square. This pattern uses lace, picked-up stitches, temporary (waste) stitches, wrap & turn short rows, 3-needle seaming, and applied I-cord edges to create an all in one piece garment that is flattering and feminine.
