Product Details
An afghan or wall-hanging based on the Fibonacci Sequence.
It is worked in garter stitch, in any yarn of your choice, and is much less complicated than it looks. Perhaps it is not ideal for a brand new knitter but anyone with just a little experience would be able to make it.
The afghan in the photo was made with two strands of double knitting held double throughout. It is approximately 90 cm (36") square without the border and 110 cm (44 inches) including the border.
We have another, more complex, Fibonacci afghan design - Fibo-optic.
Designed by mathekniticians Pat Ashforth and Steve Plummer.
