Product Details
The cowl is crocheted in the round repeating the same round after the starting foundation row and the first round. With each round the stitch pattern moves the chain space opening forward producing diagonal rows of open chain spaces.
Use any worsted weight skein that is at least 218 yards such as Berroco Sesame or Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash Wave.
For my cowl I used one skein of Knit Picks Chroma Twist Worsted (218 yards/100 grams, wool/nylon) in the color “Sandpiper”. Be sure to check out all of the great colors of this gradient yarn that goes through very gradual color changes. I also recommend one skein of Knit Picks Felici Worsted.
This is truly a one-skein wonder project that is a fast and fun. And, because it is so quick to crochet and easy to wear it is perfect for gifting!
