Product Details

One of the simplest shawl shapes to make is a bottom up triangle. The knitter increases two stitches per row, one stitch on each edge. One of the simplest forms of color-work is knitting stripes. You work with two different balls of yarn and then alternate between knitting two rows of each color.

But when you combine these two techniques with yarn that has a whole lot going on the end result looks like you put considerably more effort into your project than it required! By paring the crazy fun variegated and speckled Funfetti with a brilliant Chartruse (both from the color genius at The Fiber Seed) it is a party on your needles.

This shawl uses almost all of two complete skeins of Sprout. If you have different yardage you can easily stop short and have a smaller shawl. If you have more you can make it bigger!
