Product Details
I named this design Gardener, as I had the idea while I was gardening. Bringing out the seed, look after it to watch the plants and flowers grow.
The sweater is worked bottom up, starting with a seed stitch section, followed by a shoulder yoke pattern representing flowers and growing plants (cables and eyelet stripes). The sleeves are worked top down. The sweater has a positive ease of 15-20cm/6-8in.
I chose a turtleneck but feel free to just add a shorter collar.
For those who do not like seed stitch, the sweater also looks nice when you knit one round and purl one round in alternation.
