I was honored to receive an invitation to be a challenger in Design Wars 6 and this vintage style houndstooth jacket was my submission. :)
I've had the idea for this jacket rolling around in my head for the past 14 months, but just recently I've fallen in love with the 1960's…what perfect timing! This is such a fun, functional and stylish jacket! Perfect for any time of the year and great for dressy and casual wear.
The chosen yarn for Design Wars 6 was Red Heart With Love. The jackets in these photos were made using RHWL, but my pattern testers used a variety of WW/4 yarns.
