Product Details
I have used the Granny stitch and my favourite Bobble stitch to create a rainbow blanket that is fun to make and looks striking with the different colours running through it. I’ve worked this pattern out to minimise sewing in ends because I just don’t think we should have to it!!
This blanket pattern has two options, the ‘Traditional’ method has been written to be made in the traditional way; by cutting the yarn at the end of each row, and joining your next colour), this is an easy, simple method of crocheting and will work well, but will result in many ends to sew in when you finish. I prefer to have fewer ends to sew in and therefore have developed the ‘Fewer Ends Method’ to reduce them. This will require you to turn your blanket and work differently than usual. You should decide if you want to crochet the ‘Traditional’ pattern OR the ‘Fewer Ends Method’ pattern before you start.
UK and US terminology included.
