Product Details
This little crescent shaped shawl has been designed to be knit in fingering weight or heavy/medium laceweight. The beads add a little weight to the shawl and give the impression of tiny anthers protruding from pretty little flowers.
With the choice of either a stocking stitch body or all over lace shawl and an alternate ending should you want to knit your Heaven Scent in a heavier yarn, you have the ability to knit your shawl to a size and combination that suits you. An alternate, less decorative, ending is provided should you choose to knit your shawl in a heavier yarn. The details given here account for knitting the shawl in fingering weight - heavier yarns will have a different yardage and needle requirement.
This pattern contains both written instructions and charts and is worked from the top down. The small size uses 400m of fingering weight yarn - 88” (225cm) wide along top edge, 19” (49cm) deep after blocking - close on yarn so an extra skein will give you options..
