This adorable C2C square can be used on it’s own to make a throw pillow, tote bag, baby lovey, small pet blanket, wall hanging; or it can be mixed and matched with other compatible animal square patterns available here so you can join your squares together to make them into a blanket, throw or large wall hanging.
This pattern includes a color chart and written instructions. It is made using the Classic C2C crochet, which uses chain stitches double crochets. It also involves colors changes.
Yarn: To make this pattern, you can use any worsted weight yarn. I used scraps of Hobby Lobby, I Love This Yarn. Other affordable yarn options would be Love Crafts Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran, Red Heart Super Saver or Caron Simply Soft.

The pattern was quite easy to follow. I would have preferred the numbers on the graph to correspond with the written rows. They went to 27 , then started again with 1, that is my only criticism . I used fake fur wool for the hedgehogs spines and am very pleased with result. I am making a cushion
