This pattern is suitable for anyone who has mastered the basics of knitting, including casting on and off, decreasing and working a simple stripe pattern (if you choose to make the plaid version). It includes charts and some images and illustrations to explain how to work the neckband and shoulders.
The Hetty Vest is a lovely super chunky sleeveless sweater made from a super chunky yarn, a super quick knit and an invaluable addition to any Autumn / Wonter wardrobe. It is a lovely boxy shape and can be worn cropped and fitted for a contemporary silhouette or loose and relaxed for your off duty moments. Two versions are included, a simple single colour - perfect for beginners or a plaid version for those with a little more experience and some sewing ability.
The smallest size used just 4 balls of Rowan Big Wool to complete and the largest size 7 balls. Other Super chunky yarns can be used, they are listed.
