Product Details
This pattern uses two 50 gm/128 yard skeins of DK weight yarn. I used Mirasol Tupa, a 50/50 Merino Wool/Silk blend. You may be able to make these with 50 gms of yarn, but all of my mitts weighed 26 gms each. So close! Buy two skeins, just in case. Gauge is 12 stitches per 2 inches in stockinette stitch; I used a US size 3 needle.
Mitts are knit in the round. Pattern is written for dpns, but two circulars or magic loop would work fine, too. Charts and line by line instructions for the cable pattern are included.
