Ready to hit the icy roads? Icy Trails Hat will keep you warm during the coldest days of winter, with its double layer ribbing and its stranded colorwork that creates a thick and warm fabric. The hat is unisex and three sizes are provided - most big kids and adults can enjoy this new hat!
A hat for everyone! The sizes provided are 16 3/4” (18 3/4”, 21”) in circumference, taken above ribbing, after blocking. Choose a size up to 3 inches smaller than your head circumference for a close fit, and no bigger than your head circumference for a slouch fit.
Great stash buster! The contrasting colors are made with a short yardage making this hat a perfect stash buster. Yardage required: 90 (110, 130) yds of MC, 60 (75, 90) yds of CC 1, 40 (50, 60) yds of CC 2.
Difficulty Intermediate: beginner colorwork, working in the round, provisional cast-on.
