Improv Coaster Set

With this pattern, you can create a set of 3 coasters in 3 different sizes - a coaster for a cup/mug, a coaster for a teapot, and a coaster for a plate. Coaster sizes (approximate sizes are given as they depend on individual crocheting): Cup coaster - diameter 6.5 inches (17 cm) Teapot coaster - diameter 9.25 inches (23.5 cm) Plate coaster - diameter 16.25 inches (42.5 cm).

For the small coaster, you’ll need: 28 yards (25m) of 3mm cotton cord. For the medium one: 33 yards (30m) of 5mm cotton and for the plate coaster: 93 yards (85m) of 5mm cotton cord.
