Product Details
This is one of a series of shawls inspired by my wanders through the woods near my home.
This classic triangular shawl starts with a simple stocking stitch section, then a small leaf lace pattern. The outer sections feature a larger, more ornate, leaf pattern, reflecting the variety of trees I see.
The lace patterns use a variety of decreases, alongside yarnovers.
If all over lace and 800m of laceweight yarn isn't your bag right now, check out this shawl's little sister "Bench in a Clearing" which is a more restful 4-ply shawl feature stocking stitch and the larger lace motif from this shawl.
