Product Details
Modular joins become a design element in this textural, single-colour blanket. Diagonal lines play across the surface to create an interesting knit and visually pleasing graphic that looks great on both sides, making the blanket reversible.
Worked entirely in Garter Stitch, narrow strips made on the bias are joined to the blanket as they’re worked. The pattern is easy to memorize and can be knit almost entirely from the assembly diagram once the modules are mastered.
This pattern includes written directions, detailed instructions for working modular joins, assembly diagram, and a “colour it yourself” sheet to design your own colourway.
Techniques: Modular knitting, cabled cast on, all knit sts (garter st only), increases/decreases, working modular sections from a diagram and written instructions, applied i-cord, no seams.
