SHORT OVERVIEW
The hat is worked in the round with a circular needle, bottom-up. Change to double-pointed needles when necessary. First work rib, then work stripes in stockinette stitch. You can choose duplicate stitch or colorwork to add additional details. A pom is attached to the top.
