This is two patterns in one: a small cobweb collar and a long tubular cowl, and they're really quick to knit because they're so loose and stretchy. Don't stress too much about tension: the needles are way bigger than you'd normally use for DK, plus you drop lots of stitches, so the end result has a very open texture.
