Crochet Pattern for a brimmed hat. Makes a gorgeous Beach Hat, Sun Hat or Winter Hat. This hat was inspired by those worn by the Edwardian ladies. It has a fuller head coming in at the forehead and a flat brim that extends out then straight up. This style is perfect for those that feel that hats don't suit them. The hat frames the face nicely, very flattering and versatile, keeps the sun or rain, snow off the face.

Pattern includes sizes Baby, Toddler, Girl, Teen, Ladies and Ladies Large. Also the flowers and leaves. This hat was designed with Bernat Handicrafter yarn - Lily Sugar and Cream and requires 2 - 4 Balls of 50 gr or 175 oz, plus a small amount of yellow, violet and green for the flowers and leaves. Any Medium Worsted Weight yarn can be used. The hat looks equally as good in either cotton or wool. It can be made in 2 evenings, very easy to make. Worked mostly in SC with 1 round of FPSC [ working back loops can be used ]. Must have basic knowledge of simple crochet techniques.
