Product Details

This shawl features a unique cable that comes to us from Canada and the creative mind of Annie Maloney. It is combined with a well known Aran ladder stitch which shows off the cable nicely, and a Japanese lace border stitch. Combined, they make a unique and delicate shawl.

The pattern also contains instructions for an optional crocheted edging.

All stitches are charted and written out line by line.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a good working knowledge of cable-lace knitting.)

Skill Level for the optional Edging: Beginner + (assuming a very basic knowledge of crocheting)

The shawl shown in the sample was made Handmaden’s Casbah yarn in colorway, Tulip..

Any heavy weight fingering yarn or sport weight yarn will work for this pattern.

No crochet hooks are needed if you don't want to edge the shawl.
