Looking for a simple colour work, top down seamless cardigan? This is a great cardigan for those starting with colour work. It is also a simple knit for those experienced colour work knitters!
This cardigan and hat set are completely seamless. They are both worked in the round on circular needles. The cardigan is knit raglan style, so there is no seaming at the end of your knit!
The yarn used in this design is Cascade 220 superwash wool.
Amount of yardage required: Hat: Colour A: 40 (55, 60, 70) 80, 90, 100 yards 36 (50, 55, 65) 75, 85, 90 meters Colour B: 10 (15, 20, 25) 30, 35, 40 yards 9 (14, 18, 22) 27, 32, 35 meters
Cardigan: Colour A: 140 (160, 180, 220, 250) 320, 360, 400, 500 yards 125 (150, 160, 200, 225) 290, 325, 360, 450 m Colour B: 70 (80, 100, 110, 130) 150, 170, 200, 220 yards 65 (75, 90, 100, 120) 135, 155, 180, 200 m
Needles required for this project: 5 mm (8 US) circular needles and dpns.
