I love the modular construction so why not knit a log cabin baby blanket? I did it with pink shades color but I think it will be so lovely in blue shades or in other any colors combinations!! Also a rainbow one or yarn scraps one would be awesome! And those little flowers decoration make it more lovely!
Finished Measurements 61 cm wide and 78 cm long.
Materials Drops Baby Merino (50 g/1.8 oz, 175 m/191 yds, 100% superwash Merino Wool) 5 ply/sport yarn: 50 gr Pink 07; 80 gr White 01; 80 gr Cerise 08; 55 gr Purple 14. Needles: 3 mm [US 3] 80 cm [32”] circular needle or 3 mm [US 3] straight needles. Other: Hook 2.50 mm, Tapestry needle.
Gauge 25 sts and 40 rows = 10 cm [4”] in Garter stitch (washed and blocked).
Pattern notes I did the sample 61 cm x 78 cm but you can make it bigger just knitting more blocks! Little flowers are crocheted and pattern provide written instruction for it.
