Product Details
A knitted London landmark, a squishy red double decker bus! Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the bus is knitted in garter stitch in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). For advanced beginner and intermediate knitters, the body of the bus is knitted using short row shaping in garter stitch. The wheels knitted separately and sewn on after making up, and the window struts are embroidered in chain stitch. Other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, increases and decreases, knitting stripes, and seaming.
