Product Details
Louden Shawl is a crescent-shape shawl, featuring the texture and delicate and airy lace pattern and finished with a cute pleated edge. It is worked in a one-piece top down.
Size: After blocking, approx.: 63” wingspan, 19” depth (160 cm wingspan, 48 cm depth). The final measurements depend on chosen yarn, needles size, your personal gauge and also the amount of times the pattern is repeated.
Materials and Tools:
Yarn: Fingering weight yarn, 650 - 880 yards (600 - 800 m). For pictured sample I used tweed yarn from my stash (80% merino lambswool, 20% nylon; 492 yards 450 meters/100 grams) in beige colourway;
Needles: US 4 (3.5 mm) 32” (80 cm) or 40” (100cm) circular needles;
Markers(optional).
Knitting skills: basic knitting skills, kfb, p2tog, p3tog.
