Product Details
My wooly LUCKY CHICKENS are a happy bunch. - spreading joy wherever they go!
The bodies are knitted cack and forth, seamed in the back, and felted in the washing macnine.
Comb, eyes and beak are embroidered.
One chicken only requires a small amount of yarn, so this is a perfect project for your yarn leftovers.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS (AFTER FELTING)
Height approx 19-22 cm / 7.5-8.5”
Circumference approx 18 cm / 7.09”
.
YARN
Pure wool yarn leftovers yardage approx 100 meters / 109 yds per 50 g
Choose the colors you prefer. I’ve used yellows and whites for the bodies - and reds, oranges, white, light blue and black for the embroidered details (eyes, beak and comb)
TIP! You might otherwise use yarn of any yardage – but size of the chicken will change if you work in a different yardage than specified.
The needle size should be higher than recommended for your yarn, to get a loose knitting, which will felt well in the machine.
