Product Details
Mabon celebrates the Autumnal Equinox, when the days are getting shorter and the nights have a distinctive chill. This wrap is inspired by the equinox’s balance of light and dark, the fiery red of leaves changing colors before they blanket the forest floor, and the seeds of hope that we plant in fall to get us through the long winter ahead.
The shawl begins at the center top with a garter stitch tab, and is worked down as a triangular shawl until the depth is reached, then the two sides are worked separately with shaping along the edges to create each half of the wrap.
