This is a funky little kimono with fun and colourful details.

You work 2 separate pieces from provisional cast ons at the centre back and join these later with a 3-needle cast off.

everything is knitted in one go — edgings, hem, trims
sleeves are worked like an afterthought pocket or scandinavian thumb — a piece of waste yarn is knitted into the fabric and later removed to make the hole for the sleeve that is knitted top-down in the round
the neat neck edging is knitted as you go
front edges are finished with i-cord cast offs
Right Front is worked in a single colour and with no fancy stuff
for Left Front, choose between Easy or More Intricate versions:
EASY: simply join new colour without any fiddling
superEASY: omit also the intarsia triangle
INTRICATE & FUN: intarsia triangle & decorative 3-needle cast off also for one front
