Product Details
This is the pattern I use for my "Learn to crochet a market bag" workshops. It's designed to work with any double knitting weight cotton yarn (although you can substitute your own choice). The pattern includes advice on altering the size and includes instructions for making the round base and crocheting mesh stitch in the round. You can vary the size to suit - just remember - these bags stretch, so don't make the handles too long! You'll need to be able to follow a simple pattern, work treble and double crochet and slip stitch. The pattern is worked in rounds, starting at the base. Size given is for illustration only. You bag will vary from the stated size.
