This pattern is instructions to make a 22cm Mermaid, it will give you the basic pattern including images, allowing you to make a completely individualised Mermaid. It does not provide details on variations (Harley Quinn) but you will be able to make it using this pattern and your own abilities. You will receive a 22 page detailed PDF with multiple pictures to instruct you. The mermaid is worked from the tail up so has very little sewing involved.
