This design is for those of us who have lots of left - over yarns from hand or machine knitting projects and want a "USE IT UP" freeform challenge!
Pattern package includes written instructions, a schematic, an exact list of yarn quantities needed for each section where you can tape your yarn swatch for future reference, row counting and note sheets, helpful notes for knitting and assembly and lots of images showing how the 40 scarf sections progress, how to join, seam and finish the sections.
Suggested yarns are cotton, silk, wool, rayon, viscose blends, mohair, angora, novelty, ribbon, metallic, glitter.
If you are combining coned yarns, depending on the thicknesses, I found 4-8 strands would give me an average gauge of 7.65rs. and 4.37sts. to one inch.
