Oh, the shapes you can make with some yarn and some needles. The Move Mountains blanket is inspired by Dr. Seuss's Oh, the Places You'll Go and is not your traditional square blanket.
Using short rows to create its circular shape, this blanket is full of texture with the simple yet impactful striped ribbed stitch. This blanket makes a beautiful baby shower gift (pair it with a copy of the book!) or make it a cozy lap blanket for yourself.
The finished size of this blanket is comparable to a standard crib blanket, or about 36"/91 cm to 40"/101 cm.
Size US 13/9 mm circular needles with a 32" cord is recommended for this pattern.
