Behind every good man is a good woman, at least that is what I was taught growing up. So in my mind, Santa Claus has a really good woman working behind the scenes for him. She’s warm and cuddly and an excellent cook.
She has just baked a cherry pie ready for Santa to arrive home after his Christmas Eve, very long night shift.
She’s not too difficult to knit. You’d only need basic stitch knowledge i.e. knit, purl, stocking stitch, garter, cast off etc. She is knitted flat using 3mm needles and DK yarn. I’ve given her a lovely pair of glasses and have included a link within the pattern to the ones I used.

A good pattern overall, but there are quite a few errors! It’s almost like it has been written by two people. As long as you have got your wits about you and can spot the errors, the end result is good.
I haven't actually started doing Mrs gonk yet but she's sweet and hopefully I will get round to doing her before Christmas.
