Product Details
This pattern includes a cap and mittens in three sizes, both worked in the round. It is worked with two different colored worsted weight yarns held together as one through out the pattern, as well as a bulky novelty yarn which is "laid in". Directions include "laying in" the novelty yarn at the brim of the hat and the cuffs of the mittens.
The gauge: In Stockinette stitch with two strands of worsted weight yarns held together, 3 stitches and 4 rows equal 1 inch. These work up fast!
The original yarns used were 2 handspun worsted weight yarns (white and pink) and a handspun 2-ply novelty yarn in pink.
