Square Club! This is the fourth pattern in my epic Numberblocks series. After making One, Two and Three, join me as I carry on my epic quest to populate Numberland....
Four is knit slightly differently from the other numberblocks. His base is knitted flat, and then stitches are picked up along the selvedge and cast on edges, and the rest of his blocks are knit in the round. His eyes and mouth are duplicate stitched on before starting the decrease rounds and grafting the top seam shut. The arms/legs are knit separately and attached at the end. It requires about 80g of light green yarn for the body, 20g of dark green yarn for the arms and legs, and scrap amounts of black and white for the face. You'll also need stuffing, a tapestry needle, and stitch markers are always useful to keep track of stitches (although not essential).
