Not only does this cabled vest look preppy and smart with just about anything underneath – it will keep you warm when the fall crispness starts to chill the air, or wear as a tank for those warmer days.
This vest is worked from the bottom up beginning with a split hem. Once the split hem is worked, the body is joined and worked in the round to the underarms with simple classic cables and a bit of lace. Once at the underarms, the front and back are worked separately. The shoulders are joined with Kitchener stitch. The V-neck and sleeve edgings are picked up and knit inthe finishing. Stitch Patterns are provided in both chart and written formats
