Product Details
Crocheting this doll was a meditative experience for me when the war in Ukraine broke out. Then I decide to write this pattern in an attempt to raise funds to support Ukrainian refugees. I named her after my best friend in Ukraine. Olga is also a name of a formidable female ruler of the Kyivan Rus.
All profit from the sale of this pattern will go to the UK Disaster Emergency Committee and local refugee support group.
This pattern is written in US terms; it is suitable for beginners familiar with the amigurumi technique. The pattern contains tips, advice and photo illustrations where necessary. The doll is crocheted as one piece starting from the legs. There is no wire support required. Providing you use the suggested yarn and hook, the size of the finished doll is 20-22cm.
