This shawl is easy to adjust to your liking (or the yarn amount you have on hand)....add more or less rows to each Garter Pattern Stripe, or to the Lace Pattern Stripes, work more or less repeats of the pattern section, OR do more or less rows of the edge section...it's all up to you.
The sample was knit in Ice Yarns Master Alpaca (now discontinued). A substitute yarn is shown below.
